IAITOs UHF handheld terminal is a rugged dual technology multi-tag UHF RFID. It can read both EPC Gen 1 and Gen 2 RFID tags and comes with embedded RFID middleware and Windows CE 5.0 for easy integration. The RFID_HH_PDA has a battery life of up to 24 hours long enough for 2 shifts. Connectivity options include WLAN 802.11b/g and Bluetooth. It has an IP55 rated and 1.2 meter drop tested rugged PDA construction
The RFID_HH_PDA comes with IAITOs RFID middleware, making it simple to integrate RFID technology into existing IT systems. The middleware supports data filtering and smoothing to minimum data transaction network loading and it also supports direct links to major data systems, further minimizing system integration costs and increasing the speed of deployment.
