RFID Based Transparent Recruitment Procedure

In large scale recruitment process mostly in central paramilitary forces (CISF CRPF, BSF, CISF, ITBP and SSB) & state police have become a big challenge to keep the transparency, accountability & proper grievance redressal system.

The Union Home Ministry, India has decided to usher transparency in the process by using advance technologies like RFID, CCTV and Digital Data Acquisition for the process. The transparent recruitment procedure (TRP) will not only aim at reducing instances of corruption in the recruitment process but also to choose the best talent by making use of technology.

IAITO was involved from the nascent stage of the concept to complete technology solution with certain state level recruitment board. The solution developed is in line to the transparent recruitment procedure standard given by Home Ministry for the Physical Standard Test using RFID.

OUR Solution for transparent recruitment procedure (TRP)

• Pole mounted high end RFID readers- this will read the start and end time for the RFID tags enabled with the person.
• RFID tag based jacket- read its lap timing and record in the system atomically.
• Biometric Identification- during the PST the candidate has to register his / her thumb impressions which are stored in the database and tagged with the information of the concerned candidate.
• Digital Data Acquisition– for PST (height/weight/chest) process and digital data are stored in system.
